Privatbrauerei Gaffel Becker & Co. is one of Germany’s most renowned and established independent family-owned breweries, celebrated for its classic Gaffel Kölsch beer. Founded in Cologne in 1908, the company holds a significant market share in the region and is deeply rooted in local beer culture and traditions. Although production was relocated to a modern facility in Cologne-Porz in 2016 to meet the need for greater capacity, the brand's heart for visitors remains the iconic Gaffel am Dom brewery-restaurant, situated right next to the famous Cologne Cathedral.
